Wingstop - Cedar Hill

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. When my daughter was ordering, the employees made fun of her for not knowing what to say. She ended up waiting much longer than necessary for her sandwich and fries because the employees were not paying attention and had forgotten about her order. If I hadn't spoken up, who knows how much longer she would have had to wait. The food was also disappointing, with the fries being barely lukewarm. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would suggest that you spend your time and money elsewhere.

Horrible!!! Waited 15 minutes to receive cold salty burnt fries and a chicken sandwich that seemed to be reheated... The establishment was dirty and the workers where standing around on the phone... Very displeased with my first time visit at this location (Cedar Hill Tx)

I have visited wingstop 3 times in both cedar hill and desoto within the last couple of months, and the quality was poor. Chicken cooked to hard and hardly any seasoning or sauce on wings. And fries cooked or seem to be cooked twice. For the cost their quality should be so much better. I'm done! I will frequent small businesses to give them a try.

This place customer service is horrible. They unplug the phones after a certain time during the week. We did a walk in at 9:17pm and they said it will take 45 mins to an hour. Well at 10:15pm we learned that they ran out of chicken sandwiches and they didn’t even start our order. However, a lady by the name of Denise was very understanding, apologize for the inconvenience and displayed superb customer service. I will come back ONLY if Denise is working.

When I got home to eat my wings, they still had feathers on them. It was disgusting, especially since they were covered in sauce.
