Burger King - Cedar Lake

Since they do not answer their phones, I will leave a review of my experience. I arrived March 17th at 11 50 a.m. I asked for a Whopper with cheese A four piece mozzarellas sticks. I waited for 15 minutes. I got A giggle, the young lady said, everything is fresh and really hot to be careful! No I am sorry for your wait. She did not tell the truth! The Whopper was cold and the mozzarella sticks were ice cold and not even cooked through. They were disgusting. It did not even taste like real cheese. What made me mad, is the LIE about fresh food, and waiting for 15 minutes. How long did the Whopper sit there before they gave it to me?

Just ordered a whopper Junior with no onions and I received a whopper Junior with onions and no mayonnaise. Also ordered four piece chicken nugget and they are shriveled as if they were put in the microwave about five times.

This store is comming back has new workers food is hot and

Food is good, workers are great. But they are understaffed. Owners/management needs to focus on hiring and scheduling more workers. This may be easier said than done nowadays. But the surrounding fast food places seem to be able to adequately staff their restaurants during peak hours.

They are very slow getting order out. Sometimes we have wait long time. Seem there only 2 ppl working there.
