Domino's Pizza - Cedar Park

They really need to reconsider their staffing. I ordered a pizza and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes. Fifty minutes later, I called because my pizza still hadn’t shown up and had to wait on the phone for 10 minutes. When I finally got through, the person on the line said they were very busy and only had two staff members. I then spoke to a manager who assured me my pizza would be delivered shortly. Twenty minutes later, I called again because my pizza still hadn’t arrived and informed the manager that I wouldn’t be paying for it. Just then, the delivery driver showed up—an hour and twenty minutes after I placed my order. I told him to take it back since I had already made dinner for my children, who were done eating by that time. Save yourself the trouble – DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

However, another 20 minutes passed, and my pizza still hadn't arrived, so I called back and informed the manager that I wouldn't be paying for it. Just then, the delivery driver showed up—an hour and twenty minutes after I placed my order. At that point, I told him to take the pizza back because I had already made dinner for my children, who had finished eating by then. Save yourself the trouble—skip this place!

Only then does the delivery driver appear, a HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES after I have ordered. I told him to take it back, I had already made my children for dinner and they were done to eat. Save the trouble, DON 'T DO IT!
