I occasionally treat myself to their smoothies, but my latest visit for a birthday drink was disappointing. At the checkout, I discovered my drink had expired. It turns out that the vouchers have a short validity period of less than two weeks, which was quite frustrating, and the staff at the counter didn’t address my concern. For a place with such high prices, I expected much better customer service. I ended up spending $14, including tip, on a large smoothie with no extras. Given the hefty prices and the consistently poor customer service I've experienced, I will be avoiding Juice Land in the future. I never feel welcomed there; instead, it feels like I’m being rushed and treated like an inconvenience.

The service at this restaurant is often unpredictable, and the prices are high considering the value you receive. They struggle with orders that require customizations or modifications, like removing or substituting ingredients. Moreover, the constant turnover of staff adds to the inconsistency in service. I've found that both independent and chain smoothie shops offer better quality and service.

I ordered online and got a text letting me know my drink was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked for it, but the employee made me wait five minutes, even though it was just two steps away from him. As a regular customer, I'm really disappointed. This is the first time I've dealt with this employee at this location.

I am extremely impressed with this Juiceland! The staff is not only quick but also very knowledgeable. It's conveniently located inside Whole Foods 365, and I can't get enough of the healthy options they offer! In addition to their fantastic drinks, they also have food and merchandise available.
