Kung Fu Tea - Cedar Park

As soon as you walk in you're greeted with chill lo-fi music and anime playing on Netflix. The staff were very kind and courteous even though they were busy. The place was kept clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. The crowd here is diverse and respects social distancing very well. I got the Thai Milk Tea, it's very milky and has a thick consistency. It tastes slightly more herbal than your usual thai tea, and as though they add caramel syrup as well. In all, the flavor is rich and sweet.

Incredibly inviting atmosphere and awesome drinks. Very consistent with our orders every time, and really can do some fun and experimental things with your drinks too if you're feeling adventurous! Highly respectable and fun staff as well!

My first time visiting Austin was not a pleasant experience due to the incompetence of the staff at this restaurant. I simply wanted to order some bubble tea without gluten and asked for suggestions on toppings. The cashier was unable to recommend any gluten-free options and deferred to a coworker who seemed uninterested in helping. Eventually, I had to suggest my own topping, which the cashier agreed to. When our drinks were finally ready, another staff member was dismissive and unfriendly. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and won't be returning to this establishment.

Despite the long wait times, every time I visit this restaurant, I try to order the Kung Fu Tea with black tea, extra sugar, and no ice. However, they always seem to mess up my order. For example, they have given me ice, used green tea instead of black tea, and now they have forgotten the sugar even though I specifically mentioned it twice. I have never been disappointed at any other Boba place I have visited, and this drink should be the simplest to make on the menu. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Best store of its kind in the area. Drinks are on point and if there?s ever an issue (RARELY), they are quick to resolve in the customer?s favor. Staff is always super sweet and am happy to give them our business.
