More than a restaurant, an incredible place of life and sharing I don't know the other Ceillac establishments, but one thing is safe, here you are in the right place. The kitchen is excellent, the place very nice and especially a welcome, a kindness and a very rare availability. We arrived a day of mountain rain. The boss watched us salt his diner with the banana is in charge of drying our business... Thank you for your welcome I wish you the best
A beautiful warm place arranged with care. A friendly staff, welcoming and working in the good mood, seems he. Nevertheless, the menu map, although it's allegant... is not at the height of the wait. The attention of the chef is probably very real and the kitchen is made with generosity. I explain: a so-called crispy chicken that actually is not a... indeed it is a pane cut in lamella, watered with a lemon juice honey... served with a cold salad of minced zucchini and bathing in the sauce. It makes me think clearly of a peaty fish plate. We really expect half a crispy chicken whose scent titrates taste buds. A warm, bold, but not suitable mixture. lamb balls with very little taste, so the spices are non-existent in other ways... the accompaniment of fade wheat with a pear in the bottom of not well cooked dish that is not in coherence with the lamb... fresh cream or yogurt would have had its place next to the dish, and provided the dish itself is spicy. Which was not the case. What a pity not to have been convinced because the place is still very nice despite everything. The card full of illusion is to be revisited so as not to make customers dream unnecessarily... especially since the reviews are of quality... to wonder if the customers have the sense of taste, taste... which does not remove anything from the freshness of the products. This opinion which is mine is intended to be constructive so that the quality-filled Chef can achieve to the end of his attentions knowing that he is questioned and take into account the opinions of the discontents as he leaves his comfort zone...
