Bohemian Celebration, Autograph Collection

The good: hotel is in a perfect location and has a fantastic lobby/design. the rooms are comfortable and solid furnished. everyone who works there is incredibly nice and helpful. the bad: was not in the position, until 5:30 check in as our room was not ready. not a big thing as I met family for dinner, but it would have been nice, not in the same clothes I had traveled all day. I had to call three times to get the housekeeping; certainly understand the times, but a gas should not demand three times. eating in restaurant is mediocre and extraordinarily expensive for what they do. we have made a family easter brunch and the price was exaggerated and that was just okay. as mentioned in other reviews, the pool minute and flur noise is very obvious. everything in all it is a nice hotel and I would stay there again, as the location is perfect. but it lives from its location and exclusiveness.

This hotel is wonderful! Right next to the Disney parks, but without the crowds and traffic. Beautifully kept property and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The valet attendant helped us in with our bags even when it was pouring rain out. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and feels very unique, right at home in the community of Celebration. The rooms were very nice with great water pressure in the shower, the best I've ever had! The breakfast restaurant was wonderful and we were able to sit at a table outside along the lake. Highly, highly recommend this hotel, I'll definitely be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bohemian in Celebration. The room was comfortable. The onsite restaurant was good; we enjoyed the breakfast we had there. The location of the hotel was wonderful; we walked around Celebration and enjoyed the atmosphere. It was also easy to get to our other destinations for our short vacation. Self parking was ample and really close, in our opinion, as it was situated right behind the hotel \n nThe service was subpar. This was a points only stay and while, yes, we were getting the stay for “free,” the points value was quite high for the service we received. During check-in the front desk attendant said they were not including housekeeping, unless we requested (and if we requested, they’d be happy to do it). We requested a room reset for the third day after our second night’s stay. We simply did not receive the service and had to re-request for the next day. Still didn’t receive what was needed. Part of the fun of staying somewhere nicer on vacation is the nicer service. This is where this hotel is lacking, so beware.

Last stayed here in 2014. Hotel takes its customers for granted. Rooms are OK but pool is tiny for such a large hotel. On last day couldn’t even get into breakfast (party of one Despite requesting daily clean, by 7pm on 2nd day room hadn’t been cleaned. In fairness this was sorted while I was out for dinner. Spent one day by the pool and they automatically charged me 40% gratuity (dressed up as 20% service charge PLUS 20% tip Also thought breakfast and brunch menus were very poor with few healthy choices. On the positive side the views ver the lake are beautiful and there are some nice walks you can go on.

I wanted to book this hotel for so long and i'm glad i did! What a beautiful place with attention to details. It is quiet and the food was amazing! They gave us a beautiful and romantic room with a lake view. Valérie at the front desk was wonderful and took care of us. It was one, if not the most beautiful hotels that i've been to. It's a mix of colonial and modern chic done with exquisite taste. Loved the pool and beautiful lake walks. Thank you!
