It is the most comfortable and relaxing restaurant we have been in the Denver metro area. Great wine list. We greatly enjoy this pretty restaurant.
The food portions were small and the prices were to expensive. Not a good value. If you charge 19.00/plate for the walleye make sure you fill the person up!!!!
The food was impeccable. Seriously, you can tell the difference between real mesquite grilled food and gas grilled food. But, that was only the beginning. Fresh, homemade rolls, special pesto sauce on the grilled grouper, and a bottle of imported Pinot Grigio. My husband had the steak special and we shared our entree. The other customers were friendly, not stuffy and we had not only a great meal, but a really fun time.
This was the WORST dining experience I have had in a LONG time. I 'm usually pretty easy to please. This place was terrible. First, they brought out a miniature cup of clam chowder for my husband....I don 't even think there were any actual clams in it. We 've had better clam chowder from a can. Then, they brought my son 's chicken fingers out. The chicken was still pink in the middle. We sent it back and while they were re cooking that, my husband and I both got our tuna. What a disappointment! We both asked for the tuna steaks to be seared (cold in the middle). Mine was WAY overcooked completely cooked through. My husband 's was only slightly better. For some reason I felt bad sending that back, since we 'd already sent the chicken back. The side dishes were an embarrassment. We got TWO tiny red potatoes, about the size of my 10 month old baby 's fist and the potatoes were plain no butter, parsley, nothing and they weren 't even cut up just two little potatoes rolling around on the plate. The other side was a small cluster of maybe 6 or 7 grapes. I was too dumbfounded to say anything at the restaurant, but when I got home I called and spoke to the owner, Robert. We had used a gift card to pay for a small portion of our meal and his response was that we didn 't pay very much for our meal out of pocket, so what did you expect . Those are his words. And then he came down on me for not saying anything to the waitress, and for waiting until we were home to call him! There were only 2 other tables seated in the whole place, so I expected that they 'd be able to cook our food correctly! But apparently if you use a gift card here, you don 't deserve good food! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I will never go here again. I cannot believe that they have been around as long as they have. No value for the money and obviously they don 't care if their customers are happy. I 've had a better meal at McDonald 's!!!
Great fish restaurant that doesn 't smell fishy. Food is delicious, service was friendly but leisurely by American standards. Cool sophisticated/beachy atmosphere.
