Nonna's Italian Bistro - Centennial

As a culinary connoisseur, I would have to say that the food was just okay! Ate at the bar and loved the bartender! She was engaging and steered me clear of the scallops, which I originally had my heart set on..... the beef ribs were my second choice, but probably should have read that they were brined. Way lots of salt, but as any chef knows, if the entree is salty, then the potatoes and spinach should have not.... rookie move, but the lasagna and the bread with evoo and balsamic were amazing! Gotta find a good place for scallops now ?

Wow! The Italian food here is absolutely amazing and authentically prepared. This hidden gem was conveniently located across from my hotel, and I regret not dining here on my first night! Nonna’s son, Michael, provided outstanding service and made thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences. The lasagna was exceptional—definitely a dish you can't miss when in the area. I will be sure to return here first on my next visit!
