Qdoba Mexican Grill - Centennial

I always choose this place whenever I crave Mexican food, even though it's a bit out of my way. The staff are friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service. The burritos here are absolutely delicious!

However, I’m not a fan of the cheese dip. It contains peppers and has an unusual taste compared to what I typically expect from places like Moe's or Chipotle. It reminds me more of a jarred Tostitos yellow cheese dip rather than the white cheese dip I would anticipate from a burrito spot or a sit-down Mexican restaurant. They recently introduced Mac and cheese made with their cheese dip, which is a clever idea, but I wasn't keen on it—it's really the cheese that doesn’t do it for me. You might enjoy it, though, so I encourage you to give it a shot! Another point to mention is that sometimes the chips can be overly salty. I often find myself brushing off excess salt, and I'm not particularly sensitive to salt; it's just not always evenly distributed. Despite my few critiques, this place is truly fantastic. I highly recommend checking it out!

Today, January 16th, at approximately 3:15 PM, we had the pleasure of being served by a young gentleman with dark hair who seemed to be new to the restaurant. He was extremely polite, attentive, and did a fantastic job taking our order and processing our payment. Thanks to our positive experience with him, we will definitely be returning. Great job!
