I really appreciate that this restaurant offers a build-your-own option with organic tofu and a variety of veggies. It's great that on Mondays, the tofu and veggie bowl is discounted for Meatless Monday!

I was pleasantly surprised by my UberEats lunch from Bibibop today! The bowls were delicious and very generous in size, with plenty of options to create a vegan bowl. I tried the Tofu Bowl and it was fantastic - crispy and well-seasoned tofu, delicious japchae (sweet potato noodles), a wide variety of veggie toppings, and sauces to choose from. The flavors were outstanding. I definitely recommend trying this place!

Outstanding service and a wide range of vegan choices are available at this fast-casual dining spot, reminiscent of Chipotle. Customers can customize their own bowls with a selection of two types of rice, rice noodles, or salad mix, as well as various topping and sauce options, many of which are vegan. The food is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, appealing to both vegans and non-vegans alike. The portions are generous, leaving us unable to finish our entire bowls despite coming in hungry. The staff is quick and friendly, making for an enjoyable dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.

It’s extremely easy eating vegan here. So many veggies and protein available to build a filling and flavorful combination.
