Pizza Hut - Centerville

1st time and they did amazing! 100% Lunch buffet is only from 12 to 1 so dont be late!

The production worker which I think was the delivery driver was very polite courteous Timely just an all-around great worker

On New year's I got sick off there pizza and found out why when I worked there the second manager would say after cleaning a plate if it falls on a dirty flooe just pick it up and stack it.but don't tell Marcy.

Salad bar wasn't fresh, old, limp, brown lettuce. Tables were dirty even though there was only two other tables occupied. Waited several minutes to be seated, not a good experience.

This could have been a 1-star rating. Order for delivery and had a fairly rude driver plus some of the order was missing. After the call of Pizza Hut back Chris Hobart, a part of the management, personally came to our site to inquire about the experience. He really listened, and of course he brought our missing articles. He even offered free buffet tickets and apologized for the experience. That was beyond and beyond what I expected after the call! Thank you, Chris. The food was excellent! After a rough spot on our local pizza hat for about 6 months the new management team has really made great efforts to turn things around for the better! I have no complaint about the last 5 visits and delivery orders before I have made in the last few months!
