Subway - Centerville

This Subway restaurant is average with nothing exceptional. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 4.

Starting off, we live outside of Centerville. My mom's boyfriend went to pick up food for us. Unfortunately, they messed up both mine and my mom's sandwiches. My mom called to inform them, but the person on the phone immediately said, "Sorry, we can't do anything about it." While that is understandable, it is not okay that they didn't even apologize or offer to fix the mistake. I believe this is very poor customer service. Food: 2/5.

It's subway, so the food is good. Service started out friendly. I was making sure my sister had her ordered right and checked that my son was getting his order. When the cashier was rude. By telling me that the sandwich is done and wrapped can't be changed. Okay!! Tables needed cleaned. I always carry a sample size of disinfectant wipes with me. The wipe turned yuck after I cleaned our table. Vegetarian options: Just order a sub with no meat.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The prices were also great. My only complaint is that they don't offer green olives. The takeout meal I had was delicious and I would highly recommend the cookies and the Philly sandwich. The atmosphere was also very nice. There was plenty of parking available. Overall, I would give this restaurant a rating of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. The price per person was between $10-$20.
