Excellent stay and they even went to the trouble of getting me soy milk for my coffee as I’m vegan. Lovely staff.

Clean tidy and warm staff brilliant helpful plenty of parking close to shopping at lakeside plus breakfast on the doorstep

Ok however the food and service isn’t the best. Staff could do with smiling a bit more.

Staff very polite and accommodating. Rooms basic but clean and serviceable. Unfortunately without air con I can’t rate the hotel 5 star it is 2018...
