Urban Loaf Factory - Central Singapore

I wasn't aware that there was bacon in the dish because it wasn't listed in the ingredients on their online menu. I was a bit disappointed to find out it wasn't vegetarian, even though everything else sounded great! However, the quiche was truly delightful, thanks to the pesto, cheddar, and the wonderful combination of sweet flavors and mushrooms inside. I would have given it four stars if it weren't for the bacon.

The bread was incredibly soft and fresh, and I was really impressed with the beautiful texture. Each bite was delightful. I ordered the cranberry walnut sourdough, but the bakery manager also offered me a sample of their small bite berry, and I enjoyed every one I tasted. The classic sourdough is fantastic as well. I'm really glad I decided to try this bakery. It's a bit more expensive than other sourdough places, but I believe it’s definitely worth it.
