The service at this restaurant is quick, but there isn’t much seating available for diners. The bread is freshly baked, and the quality is on par with other Subway locations. It’s conveniently situated in the heart of a bustling shopping center, but you might overlook it due to the abundance of nearby options.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitstaff's attitude was incredibly rude. I mentioned my order four times, but she ignored me and continued chatting with her coworkers. When it came time to choose the sizes of my bread, she didn't even ask and just laughed. When I requested a fork and knife, she handed me a used knife without any wrapping. I pointed out that it was used, and she took it away to throw it out. Overall, her manner was unacceptable, and it made for a really terrible experience.

When I presented my receipt to the cashier, she refused to honor the offer, despite me having written down the offer code as instructed. She kept shaking her head, so I requested to speak with the manager. However, the cashier did not call the manager for the next five minutes and continued to serve other customers. Eventually, the manager arrived, and they spoke in another language while reviewing my receipt, ultimately denying the offer again. Fortunately, the customer behind me spoke up and affirmed that the free offer is indeed valid at all Subway locations, stating that I had the right to file a complaint if they continued to refuse. They eventually relented, and I walked out with two free chocolate chip cookies in hand. I appreciate the customer who supported me, and I'm glad I stood my ground instead of just walking away. This Subway clearly does not prioritize customer service.

Current staff isn't the best.. Burnt bread and cookies. Portioning needs work and just careless at the job. Next day. Both my girlfriend and I got food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE

Terrible service. Their personnel needs some customer service training. They?re rude and sloppy when prepping a simple sandwich. I had to post a review after going to this place for the third time. Won?t be back, that?s for sure.
