I was looking for a light lunch with gluten-free options and this place was perfect. The staff was very knowledgeable and there were plenty of gluten-free options to choose from. The food was of excellent quality and I was very happy with my meal. Thank you!

I used this caffe for the years, often in the past with a friend on which to wild places. it serves excellent quality food from local and European producers. it has a specialized deli, with salami, cheese and other niche products. so there's always something to try. it even harasses the relish of the fischer! the personal was always great. the location is excellent, near the bus stop, very sunny morning with tables outside.

This restaurant in Lampeter offers the best sandwiches in town. The chicken, chorizo, and rocket toastie was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Today I had a tee at the table in the sun. great service. it is an excellent caffe and deli with all types of appreciate. I have visited this caffe for years it is always excellent and also makes great coffee.
