Blaker Brewing - Ceres

We went on a Saturday so they had a hot dog cart and they were the best hot dogs we’ve ever had. Also great live music Eric Fry. The best drink on the menu is a Pluot sour which the bartender let us know the owner grows the pluots on his farm.

Blaker crushed it. These guys had the best sours I've had in years (and I worked for another brewery. The music by Eric was amazing, and Dog and out was also an amazing food choice. I WILL be back again.

To busy to serve us so we left. We were really looking forward to the visit. We will try again another day.

Check to see if they will have a DJ playing before you go. If they do, go somewhere else because you won 't be able to have a conversation with your friends without having to yell and say what? . Even if you sit far away from the DJ you still won 't be able to hold a conversation with your friends.Edit: after getting the reply from the owner stating they will give me a gift card if I change my review to 3 stars. I will not be going to this place again. I feel that is an unethical business practice. And yes, the service was bad. One of the employees was very passive aggressive to us after we asked if they could ask the DJ to lower the volume.

Don't fall for the 10 dollar tacos they run out in minutes beer and environment is great
