Clearman's North Woods Inn, La Mirada

I highly suggest making a reservation. When my entire group arrived, we were seated within 5 minutes. I ordered the fried calamari and a 16 oz medium rib-eye steak. Both dishes were delicious! The Christmas decorations were fantastic. I recommend arriving early to enjoy a drink by the fireplace. This restaurant is a great place to celebrate special occasions, like my 15th birthday!

I have been living in this area for over 20 years, but recently decided to stop by for lunch for the first time. The restaurant was spacious and welcoming, with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious and the noise level was kept to a minimum, creating a respectful dining experience.

Huge restaurant with friendly staff and generous portions. a taste of the mountain life in the middle of the city. if they are fine cuts of steak, bruised or fried chicken, variety of fish, lobster, garnel, king cocks legs, scallops.the list goes on! that's your place. I love the appetizer salads and cheese-bread they serve before their main course. if they have what it takes, they order a dessert that is great enough to share. family-oriented and a great place for every party night.

I've been here for at least 10 or more years. I felt like I was eating exactly the same tasting in the time and the same environment went back. we really enjoyed steak and server was great.

My husband and family visited La Mirada and we absolutely loved the bread and salad at this restaurant! The food was delicious, although a bit on the expensive side. Maria was an outstanding waitress, and we have definitely found our new favorite spot!
