Contribuisci feedbackI’m really disappointed because I didn’t receive my dipping sauces—neither the ones that come with the food nor the extra ones I ordered. I’m pretty sure I’m being charged for them too. This is the second time this has happened at this location out of three orders, and it’s not great.
This location has consistently delivered a great experience. I typically place my order online for pickup. Since the new gym opened nearby, parking has become a bit challenging, but it gives me the chance to earn my pizza by walking!
I found the service to be quite unprofessional and rude during my visit. As a long-time Domino's customer, I sincerely hope for improvements, as I'd like to enjoy a friendly experience each time I come in. Unfortunately, some of the staff, including the manager, displayed disrespectful behavior. Thankfully, there are other Domino's locations nearby that I can choose from.
Been ordering from this location for years . Excellent pizza every time. Never been disappointed.
Ordered a pizza and got it delivered to the house. I had company over, and I didn’t hear the door. I eventually heard the knocking, and I open the door. I opened the door, and was greeted with a older man angrily telling me in Spanish that he had been waiting for a long time, and asked if I still wanted my pizza. He then proceed to say in English “So do you want your pizza or not? Because it’s like you don’t want it.” I had another bad experience with the exact same individual. I was waiting for my pizza at the location, and the same man approached me. I was not blocking the hallway, the man could have gone by, but instead he chose to STARE ME DOWN, until I moved up all the way against the wall so that he could walk by. NO “excuse me”. Just a dirty look. I have also been ignored on multiple occasions at the location, and have stood at the cashier for almost 10 minutes before I’m served. There has also been yelling in the back on multiple, the older employers often telling younger employees to hurry up, and that they need to “try harder”. However, the older hispanic man I have had various bad experiences with bothers me the most. He had no right to speak to me that way on the premises of my own home. I don’t understand how no one else had had complaints about him. He needs to check his attitude.
