Overall, it was a good experience. The prices are on the higher side, but the service was excellent.

The service was terrible, and reservations seemed to be meaningless. I had to wait 25 minutes to get seated.

Reservations are not truly reservations if there's no estimated time of arrival. This completely undermines the point of making a reservation.

The grill was not working correctly and took 1 hr to cook 4 meats that should take 30 seconds each We did not receive a refund or any apology from staff or a manager This location should have management from the Brea or Beverly Hills location retrained on customer experience and kitchen protocols. We are essentially paying for the equipment to be able to cook the meats correctly and our dinner was ruined
