In-n-out Burger - Cerritos

I had the wonderful experience of being helped by Deanna and Josh, who were two of the friendliest people I've met during my trip to LA. It was my first time trying In-N-Out, and while the food was great, it was the outstanding customer service that truly stood out. I wish more locations had employees like them. They were very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the customers. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting that location!

The service and food were excellent. Despite the long line, it kept moving quickly, and we received our meals in about 20 minutes. Very impressive!

I arrived early and was the fourth car in line, with no one behind me. I placed my order and then waited... and waited. By the time I received my food, there were ten cars in line behind me. I ordered a #1 combo and a grilled cheese sandwich. I specifically asked for the grilled cheese to be plain, with just cheese and no extras, but they gave me one loaded with toppings instead. So, I'm giving this place 3 stars as a generous rating.

Sometimes I go there when I have my motorcycle at the shop. Always great food, always fresh!!! The Double Double Animal with Animal fries is the only way to go!!!! (Oh, on my Animal Fries, I put ketchup on my fries, along with their secret sauce hehe ^ ^

This time. I get disappointed. in n out Burgers. when for decades they used to be part of a hamburger meal. the yellow peppers. Today I went with my wife to the restaurant, mentioned in Cerritos CA. As always, I ordered some yellow peppers to accompany the delicious flavor of the hamburgers and this is what they gave me. In one of the photos you can look at the new yellow peppers from in n out... you will know what I am saying. To those who know about these yellow peppers, the incomparable flavor. these new yellow peppers from in n out taste nothing like vinegar. next time bring your tapatío, Cholula or Tabasco sauce because these peppers really taste horrible.
