The tables were dirty when we arrived, and it took about five minutes for someone to come and clean them. We ordered an appetizer, which arrived at the same time as the rest of our food—except for my wife's dish, which was missing. We had to ask about it when we were nearly finished eating. It was frustrating to see people who arrived 20 minutes after us being served their meals just five minutes later. The food was good, but the service was terrible, as if they weren't being paid for their work.
The food was really delicious. For a Friday evening, it wasn't too crowded, and the service was outstanding. My wife and I had a wonderful time.
Made a reservation thru open table but hostess seem to be confused when I told her I had reservations for 07:15 pm she said that I wasn’t on the reservation list so I had to wait another 30 min plus It was a birthday dinner which I had planned but was ruined
Overall, my experience at the restaurant was enjoyable, but there were a few downsides. The hostesses were simply standing around and chatting while our reservation party sat waiting for our table. We arrived 15 minutes early to find the place almost empty, yet they made us wait the entire time instead of seating us. During our wait, no other customers arrived, and two other groups they were calling had already left for the mall. It reminded me of that scene in "Meet the Parents" where the airline attendant makes Ben Stiller wait unnecessarily, even though he was the only one in line just because he was a row away from boarding.
