Contribuisci feedbackSind hier während einer Wanderung spontan eingekehrt. Sehr sympathische Bedienung.
This cafe restaurant is at the perfect place when you walk in the nearby mountains. the prospects are excellent, and the service was also great. they can stay here too, but I didn't do that this time.
This is serious walking country, the crossroads of many lovely walks, including the Via Alpine. Do not miss this place if you in Champery or nearby.. If you come from Champery by car, it is a bit of a wiggle until you get to the...tiny but beautiful valley village of Baume but it is well worth it. We were served by Mariam, who in winter runs Le Toupin in Les Crosets but in summer is now working as part of the team here. The food was spectacular and I can't recommend it enough. We both had the Souris D'Agneu, which began with a small salad then the main course: a whole lamb shank which had been slow braised for hours if not days. The meat just fell from the bone and besides the most heavenly, meaty gravy, the shank was presented on a chanterelle risotto. The risotto was good enough to have as a main course on is own. The deserts looked fabulous but we were full!! CHF80 for great food and charming service.
