Pizza Hut - Channahon

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, went to pick it up it wasn’t stuffed crust. They admitted the mistake was on their end the offered to remake it. I had to wait all over again when I returned to pick it up the 2nd time, they charged me full price, never even took $1 off for the inconvenience, didn’t throw an order of bread sticks in or even give a coupon for a couple of bucks off of the next order.

Needed a pizza in a hurry and the staff complied well and politely.

They think that a New York Big Slice means no sauce.

Started ordering from Channahon store didn’t realize it diverted me to Morris. The guy at the drive thru was very patient and friendly (unfortunately I don’t remember his name he had glasses) Persuaded my son to try the New Yorker he ate almost the whole pizza ?

Would order from this location again and again. Stay awesome
