Charlotte Marriott Southpark - Chaotte

The people and place were very nice, clean and quiet.

Had wedding event for son and his fiancé. The disappoint of being bumped from chosen room was far out weighed by service and food quality. We kept our mouths shut. Our guest never knew and enjoyed themselves for many hours. They complimented the food which I too enjoyed. They complimented everything. Marriott and their service personnel were/are I wish I had photos to share, but we lived in the moment.

The outside of this hotel was pretty underwhelming compared to the AC hotel next door although when we came inside it was really nice and renovated. We had club lounge which had a pretty nice snack collection in the lounge with breakfast, snacks and drinks. Parking was limited there and the garage's spots were very narrow. The rooms were spacious and modern, but the rooms could have been cleaner as there was dust covering the walls. The location is ideal with it being right in front of the mall. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!
