Liv was an amazing server. She was so patient and sweet. She provided excellent service. Even her manager Daniel was amazing. I love you all and I will be back.

Parking: Parking is extremely limited. There’s one parking lot in the rear that handles a limited amount of cars.

Ordered on doordash. Got the burger and fries, and wings. Burger was really good and the fries were the best I have had in Charlotte. Wings were also nice sized and had nice, crisp celery with them.

Great place! Visited while out of town for our son's soccer tournament. I ordered the Philly steak with egg and my wife and son got steak. We all enjoyed the food. Service was excellent! The atmosphere was more of pub style and they weren't overly busy. Got lots of food and was not overpriced. Can definitely go back if in the area again!

The best meal and atmosphere I’ve experienced at a restaurant in a LONG time. From the bartender/waitress Diva, to the manager Daniel, and the sous chef Mark A. Not a single disappointment. We traveled from MA and stopped for a bite to eat before heading to Raleigh for a weekend with family and the food was DIVINE! They were all so delightful, kind, attentive, and friendly. Sous chef Mark came to the table and introduced himself, shook hands and extended his gratitude for enjoying the meals we had. Diva’s attention to detail when making a dirty martini and adding blue cheese stuffed olives, AMAZING!!! Daniel came to the table and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and let’s just say; upon our return back to Charlotte, we will definitely be back to firebirds.
