Breakaway Cafe - Chapel Hill

We love having breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this restaurant. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the owners are very nice people. It's a fantastic new addition to the North Chatham dining scene.

My partner and I have sampled a variety of dishes from the menu and have been consistently impressed by the surprises we discover each time. Today was no exception. Along with my favorite cinnamon rolls, we also tried a single and chocolate chip scone (that featured large, high-quality chocolate pieces). It was one of the best scones I have ever tasted. The blend of crystallized ginger, decadent spongy texture, and chocolate was truly exceptional. This place is a hidden gem in Chatham County!
