Deli Edison - Chapel Hill

They have Taylor ham pork roll in the case for sale which they didn't know what to do with. (So don't ask them to make you a sandwich. Sliced it way too thin. Anyway, still tasted great when I took it home and fried up on my Guglhupf kaiser roll. Came in late on a Sunday but the case barely had anything in it. I prefer to make my own sandwiches. Would have loved to see some Lady Edison porkstrami and other Lady Edison deli meat for sale.

Cutest little deli with some awesome sandwich option- Love the Reuben! This sandwich is piled high with meat in true deli style! The chili crisp cream cheese is must in our fridge at all times!

Wonderful place to dine. Food is great, atmosphere is great, employees very helpful.. would definitely recommend!

If you're looking for the Italian, Jewish, or Greek deli like you had back home; this isn't it. What it is, is an excellent sandwich shop with fresh-made bagels, delicious food, and a wonderful, friendly staff. Everything I've eaten there has been expertly prepared from top-quality ingredients. The only negative I can say about Deli Edison is that they're not open longer hours.
