Get them always fast service! the restaurant is friendly and clean.
Not expecting much from McDonalds, and not a frequent customer, went today because the husband needed something quick before dinner. Sat at drive through for a bit and heard static, then laughing, and giggling but no one acknowledged they were ready for me to order. as I 'm waiting for the voice to tell me they are ready I hear, ready when you are! In a sarcastic , nasty tone. No you didn 't just chastise me! So I replied, I wasn 't aware you were ready in which he said order please! We order a Mc Double and another for a dollar and an orange drink. Pull up to the window, encounter more attitude and you guessed it, it one burger. I get my drink which is wrong and grab my bag. She yells at me you didn 't just snatch that bag. Yes sweetie, I sure did. She proceeds to yell at me again in which I didn 't say a word, just let her act the rude fool she was. Maybe I should have went in and spoke to the managers. Maybe I should be more forgiving of establishments having to hire incompetent rude people because no one will work. However, when you start the transaction rude and ignorant that 's the attitude you deserve which is bigger than an employee shortage. Again I don 't expect much from McDonalds, but this location is beyond rude.
Can't use a bogo if they have no and get one for 1. Within a week went up .55 for gravy biscuit with extra gravy and watered down
Ordered a medium coffee with 3 splendas inside and *no* cream. When I saw that cream appeared on the screen, I alerted the attendant. Declining to change it on the screen, she assured me of taking care of the matter for my order. Apparently, she was lying! My coffee had cream in it!! Upon reaching home I had to drive back to the McDonald"s to get my coffee without the cream! Very bad customer service by this young teenager (or in early 20s) employee. The question is, how did she get hire in the first place with that kind of an attitude? What is the quality of employee training? The McDonald's at Hwy 15-501 in Chapel Hill (NC) also needs attention to management training.
