Subway - Chappell Hill

This store is ridiculous every time I order from here my order is messed up.I ordered online and I asked for mayonnaise and extra lettuce they gave me no mayonnaise with maybe 10 strips of lettuce. LITERALLY. I continued to contact support to let them know how ridiculous this store is and how every time I open my mouth about the service nothing is done about it nor does anyone relay the messages to the right people in order to fix this poor service. I also called the store to ask for their store number and the guy who was working answered the phone rudely with a “hello” and continued to ask me why I needed the store number as I got angry at the fact that he kept questioning me he proceeded to be rude, lying, saying he doesn’t know the store number.

My daughter got food poisoning immediately after finishing her meal.

The restaurant did not have the bread I ordered even though it was advertised. The mustard was applied heavily despite requesting it to be light. The inside of the building could use some cleaning up. The service for takeout was okay, with a rating of 3 for both food and service. The atmosphere was rated a 2.

What is the deal with y'all closing so early? This is maybe the third time that we have been there and y'all were closed, that's okay there's Burger King. Even though they have their problems to ,,guess everybody does... Since I first posted this , we have been in several times and we're going to come in again tonight August 13th 2023 but of course y'all are closed again earlier than your advertisements say.
