Cafe Delphine - Charenton

I arrived late and was impressed by the quick service. My waitress was extremely friendly, and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. It was a great deal for under $10!

My food was absolutely delicious and the Chantilly cake for Dessert was for to die!!

The service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were enormous. The shrimp was fresh, but the fries could use some improvement. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

To top it off, the prices were amazing! We ordered a shrimp basket with 10 jumbo shrimp, fries, and hush puppies, along with 3 large stuffed crabs and a baked potato, a Bayou burger for $7.77 each, and a chicken-fried steak the size of a tomahawk for just $9.99. We were able to feed 6 people with generous portions for only $63! Plus, my $50 gift certificate that I won covered all but $13 of the bill. This was the best home-cooked meal I've ever had!
