Food is okay, I will say I have found a hair in my food twice here. They always remake it (obviously), and other than that food is good.I have heard workers having loud and obnoxious conversations, however, and just now they both sweared pretty loudly during one of these conversations.Fine experience over all, just midwestern I guess.

Horrible experience. Long haired middle-aged woman behind the counter was extremely rude. Yelled my name through my food on the counter and walked away. I bought soup and she gave no utensils for the baguette that comes with it. I have probably eaten at this location 500 plus times and with this experience they have lost a customer at this location. I run a local car dealership and have purchased bagels and lunches for our company for over a decade. Get rid of your bad employees. This was an absolute despicable experience.

They fired Bryce, a worker, for a mistake the manager made. Instead of yelling at your employees about time management, maybe make a consistent schedule for them to follow not 8 hours this day, then 2 or 4 hours the next and the times being between 4am to noon.

I went here a month ago and got a to go order on my way to work. It wasn't my order. I just went again on way to work and my order was wrong Again! I called and she said I could come back and exchange it. I was at work already both times. How about just getting the order right!?!?!

Arrived at 8pm on Saturday 1/27 as my hubs just had emergency dental surgery and needed something soft, like soup. Upon sitting on the bench while our order was being made, a young female employee started yelling through the store how she was tired of working and they were closed, yet closing was an hour away. We overheard them yelling about no bacon left to make orders. Got home, I paid $14 for two pieces of bread with a slice of cheese and slice of avocado, even though I ordered their new bacon sandwich. This establishment has really gone down hill, the last 3 orders have been wrong, floors and ceilings are gross and customer service is non existent. Don't waste your money here.
