Big Gun Burger - Charleston

After all the hype and good reviews I read I went in to give it a try. I was disappointed. It's a regular burger nothing special. The chicken was okay the veggie burger was better but still not great. It's a hole in the wall bar with top notch prices meaning expensive. They didn't have any beer on tap. Had a punk rock kind of feel to it the freezer behind the bar was held together with red tape. I also didn't like getting my water out of a igloo cooler.

Forgot to pick up my order at 1PM. Thank you for the staff remaking this for me. The guy was overwhelmed behind the bar. Kitchen staff must be understaffed as well, Turkey burger and fries were awful. Hopeful it improves, it is cool concept. Ended up tossing it out to order from The Dewberry hotel instead.

I made a two-part decision with some friends to go here, and it wasn't a mistake. absolutely spectacular burger, honestly the best I ever had. almost everything is made from scratch, and it really comes in the aromen. from soft brioche beans to freshly grounded meat everything was perfect. if you're looking for a great burger, don't look anymore.

Great little burgerplatz! children were hungry and we were just trying to get out of the chaos of charleston, so I accidentally snapped big gun. this place is edgy with something glam that I love. the bathroom is covered with graffiti. super cool! we said it would be a 45-minute wait for our food, but that was good with us. there was a chance for me to run the shops near and that eating was definitely worth waiting! the menu is small, but I like it when I walk around with the kids. the prices are a little high, but that's normal for charleston. I had the vegan tacos. they were great! it was taco seasoned cauliflower with a shiny. hubby and children had all burgers. they were large and cooked for perfection. the classic is just that, an old schoolburger with wobble and pickel. very good! the pommes were crispy as the children love. the waiter/bartender was very friendly and helpful. the adult drinks are plentiful! overall, good experience, a very relaxed mood and good eating!

I was in big gun a few times and it's always an extraordinary experience. this time tho was beyond and beyond any expectation. wife and I went to the day when we were knocking around to grab small tellers from several places. we shared the thin white duke and the boiler. omg! the eating was 10/10. this review cannot express the feelings about eating honestly. brüssel came first, and we expect them to be amazing as we get them each time. top 5 small plate or appetizer in the city, the taste was immaculate. the burger was perfect, the bungalow was soft and roasted, the fries was season perfect with a mix of seasons that they usually do not taste on frits. even the sawn silk was pointed notch. as I said, this is not our first time that we go to big gun and it is always really good, but today was impeccable
