Blossom - Charleston

Visit them charleston and dined here for the first time. really enjoyed the atmosphere, large menu and good eating. great service. I would definitely recommend.

It was nice and the drinks were good as our waiter, but eating was less than remarkable. my grilled garnels were hardly warm and the hard-fish of my man was neither hot, although the plates were brought out and we were scared. they were hardly warm. the boiled spits were hard and not roasted on what I calmed. pity, we had a free champagne who was nice, but eating will not let us come back. too many other beautiful seafood sites to choose from.

Eating was absolutely delicious. I ordered the salmon and mushroom risotto. the crumbling sauce on the salmon was so delicious. the drinks were good. my best friend and I were there to celebrate our birthdays. the waiting staff didn't really recognize it. the place was busy that is expected on a Saturday night, so not expect much in the atmosphere because they are quite much in the position to sit a conversation with the people next to them (or at least in, comments optional!) the bathroom was interesting as some of the decor sealed pennies. it was great. I would go back when the food and the service stood for a good evening in the inner city of charleston.

Blossom’s has become my favorite restaurant in the charleston culinary experience.

We were greeted by the hostess promptly and shown to a seat in the bar where we could wait for our friends. There we were waited on promptly by the bartender . We ordered drinks and my husband ordered the she crab soup which was amazing. When our friends arrived , we were promptly shown to our table. A person arrived at our table and poured water for us each. I thought he was the water boy. 25 minutes passed before anyone else approached our table. And then, only because we asked the hostess why we were not being waited on. Turns out the “water boy” was our waiter. Anyway, I ordered the short ribs, which were also, amazing. I would definitely return. And hope our server is someone other than “ the water boy”.
