Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charleston

Awful! Visited this store on random Tuesday, around 2 pm and they didn't have rice or any fajita vegetables ???? Additionally, several customers were in line waiting while they prioritized online orders. After finally placing my order (to go), I went to grab plastic ware and they were out of forks. When I asked one of the employees, all they did was walk over to where that area was, and grabbed the box of plastic forks from under the counter and then they placed the box on top, without really putting the plastic ware where it should go. I don't know, Chipotle used to have much better service 10 years ago. It's really gone down hill in my opinion.

I ordered a salad, but this isn't really a salad since there’s no lettuce in it. The vinaigrette was supposed to be served on the side, but instead, they completely submerged my tiny bit of lettuce in it. Really disappointing! I recommend avoiding this Chipotle if you can. I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

I waited an hour for my delivery, and when it finally arrived, it was only half full. The restaurant mentioned they were experiencing issues because many employees had quit. Given the long wait, it would have been nice to receive a proper portion from Chipotle.

The worst Chipotle in America. Staff lacks training beyond measure. Morale is weak and it shows. Would never eat here again or even recommend to anyone I hate. Not 1 of 4 bowls were made right.

I really enjoy Chipotle; it’s definitely one of my favorite quick meal options. The food at this location is good, but it doesn’t seem to be the freshest in terms of the usual Chipotle standards. The lettuce and guacamole were browning.
