Dunkin' - Charleston

I have given this restaurant three chances, but I will not be returning for a fourth. The location should not even have a drive-thru option because the parking lot is too small and the layout is inconvenient. My coffee was made incorrectly, the drive-thru line was too long, and the busy road it is located on made it even more frustrating. I do not recommend dining at this establishment.

This restaurant is terrible. There is no one competent enough to handle at least 4 customer complaints correctly. Despite there being only 7 customers in the restaurant, I had to wait almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged. This is the third bad experience I've had at this place. The previous two times, I had to wait over 20 minutes for a coffee, even though there were only one or two cars ahead of me. It's like the saying goes, three strikes and you're out. I will never return to this restaurant. They need to clean house, bring in new staff, and properly train them, or else this place is doomed.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude and clueless. I ordered simple bagels with cream cheese, but instead received two plain bagels. I asked them to add cream cheese, but they put on an excessive amount. Their attitude was off-putting and made the experience unpleasant. Additionally, they didn't make the coffee correctly. Overall, it was a terrible way to start the day. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good start.

I just annoyed with this place. I should have gone after dieucks. I made a special trip out of my way to go to dunkin because I have eaten her carmel ice cream and a strawberry frog with sprinkles that they have hardly ever available. I ordered 2 drinks and when I was asked if I wanted something else. I specifically said: "only if they have randomly grounded, preferably made available with folds". I waited a whole minute while they went to check. it has been confirmed that they have made it available. I'm coming home. open the bag. it is a vanilla donut without sprinkles and the frost is so weak it is hardly there. super disappointed.

Has paper signs you can barely see saying drive thru only and then even smaller one saying they close now at 4. Always something wrong at this store. One day they closed completely because they hired guys to power wash the outside
