American run for years and delivered in thunderstorms/kirch remanant. I don't complain about stupid things like too much rice, cripple or sweet. their portions are generous. I moved to bee ferry and they still deliver to my new home (in any weather condition.)
Friendly advice. be careful with your card. I ordered a meal last week for $13.26. when I singed the quitting, I just crossed the pointed section. not write off 0.00, but out. Today my card has appeared as $23.26. $10,000 extra. it wasn't random. I had been announcing since 2008 and liked her meal. the quality had gone down over the years and the price went up, but I keep it with them and so I was repaid? I scanned my reception copy and sent to the credit card company by email.
Bad quality budgets, boring and impatient service, and suspicious and inconsistent billing overall. the food will be prepared and gradual, even ten minutes after the order arrived. the half away. tldr: avoid all costs. editing: in the interests of fairness, I leave this review on 6/11/20, and many restaurants only make up. can only have a very bad day. or the chef may have left the country. Hopefully, this is a temporary one. I will not return to find out.
I ordered my food at 5:03 a.m. today and at 6:16 I called her restaurant and was told that just receive the order and I would have to wait another 40 minutes for the delivery. I called back and told him that I waited for an hour and decided I didn't want to command him. he cried and hung on me. when I pay with a credit card, they seem to deliver my order in time when I pay with cash the order “lost.” they have lost 2 customers. very rude and totally ridiculous.
I'm not a reviewer. I've done probably 5 in my entire life. According to the employee who I spoke with on the phone, they just reopened Monday, so I get to be the first to review the new management. Let me also preface this: I have 15 years of experience in Food service. I know what rotten food smells like and would not say this if it weren't true. Sad to say, my food was rotten. I work all day, so when I order delivery, I like to order at least two meals worth of food. My pork lo mein smelled like it was not kept at a safe temperature before cooking. The beef and broccoli smelled like fish. They both tasted sour. The wonton soup wasn't rotten, but was not flavorful at all. I called them back to tell them what was going on. After being told I would receive a call back, they then asked me if I could bring the food in to them at my expense so they could inspect it to see if it really is rotten. I am unable to leave my store during open hours. They proceeded to ask me what time I get off and that I can feel free to bring it in after I get off work so they can inspect the food. I wasn't going to do a review, but then that conversation happened. I'll bite the bullet and lose $30. Case and point: Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
