Wings were horrible... fatty and the sauce is disgusting. Never will I order the Buffalo wings
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and the food was DELICIOUS!!! I reached out to the Folly Rd. Marco 's about having quite a few pizzas, brownies and drinks delivered to a hotel where I had a group of 28 staying. I called the store a couple times in the weeks leading up to the delivery before placing my order online. Each time I called, the person that answered the phone was so polite and helpful. On delivery day, the driver 9694-H.M. was on time a few minutes early, even! and so polite. When I asked him about the plates and napkins I had requested when I called the store to confirm my order, he had forgotten them and you could tell he felt horrible. He was so apologetic said he sees the note about the paper products now and just missed it earlier and offered to go back to the store and get them or go out and buy some at the store around the corner and bring them back. I asked if he 'd get reimbursed for that, and he said no, but that didn 't matter I told him it did matter and we didn 't need to do that . The group was already starting to come down for dinner, so I asked the hotel if there was any way they could help out their customer service had also been stellar! . The hotel saved the day and was able to provide some paper plates and napkins, so all was well. I told the driver problem solved and no worries. I really appreciated him offering to go above and beyond.....I thought service like that was long gone. I was so impressed with this young man. About 20 minutes later, he showed up again at the hotel with a grocery bag of paper plates and napkins even though he knew the hotel was able to find some for us . I was so impressed with his integrity! I thanked him and said we were good and maybe he could keep those in his car in case he needs them another time. So, Marco 's on Folly Beach Rd........not only did you guys provide a great dinner for my group, but had it delivered by a person who is OUTSTANDING at his job!!! Thank you so much for making our evening GREAT!
If I could rate lower I would. I ordered a pizza and paid in advance. They delivered the wrong pizza. I ordered chicken fresco and a cheese pizza was delivered. The manager wa so rude I could not believe it. He told me what do you want me to do about it ? Then he told me I would have to pay for another one I spent 30$ he was very rude and actually angry sounding. I was a good customer and I will no longer be ordering from this place.
We enjoyed Marcos when we lived in Atlanta but have not had Marcos for many years. The pizza I picked up at the Folly store yesterday was virtually tasteless. Little sauce, little cheese, even the sausage on half the pie had very little taste. We were EXTREMELY disappointed. The person who took my order on the phone and took my money and was perfectly pleasant. The pie? Half Pep, Half Pep, Sausage, Onion and Banana Peppers. I remember loving the Marcos sauce. What the hell happened, Marcos??
