Paisano's Pizza Grill - Charleston

Holy heck, if jock itch could answer the phone, pretty sure it'd work here. Supported this place for years, but I can't handle the employee attitude anymore. Southern hospitality is definitely on the decline as CHS's dilution continues, but I refuse to support establishments accelerating it.

I ordered and had delivered to the residence where I was and heard a knock at the door didnt see anyone but saw the car in the drive way I pushed the door further back and felt something blocking it was my food on the ground. I have ordered from paisanos many times and the driver has always meeted me at the door and handed me my food.this was un professional

Cool spot with pizza, sandwiches, draft beers, large dining room, and an arcade room. Personal veggie pizza I had was excellent and didn't break the bank

They have forgotten my drink twice in past two months so I asked if they would refund my drink on the order I placed today and they wouldn't do it. Customer service sucks. They did bring the drink 30 min later but I had to eat my food with water. I eat there 3 or 4 times a month at 40 a pop and they won't give me a 2 dollar drink lol.lost a Customer for life.

Everything is made fresh. You order and pay then seat yourself. A genius idea. Everyone is in the kitchen.
