Panera Bread - Charleston

3 words: AUTUMN SQUASH SOUP! Don't miss it. It's seasonal and you need it!! Trust me. At this point everything is really fresh. They move people through the inner line almost as fast as Chick Fil A! Parking can sometimes be anger, especially during lunch....but the soup is worth it!

Terrible experience. I ordered our food. Both the cashier and the counter worker were unfriendly and rude. In the dining area to wait for food. Note that the beverage station area was dirty. Most tables were not cleaned. Food and paper all over the ground. Charming restaurant. Don't eat worth almost $40. I'll never walk through the door again. The company office was called and said this restaurant was a franchise. They said they'd send them feedback. I also sent a message to the exact store and never heard of them. I'm sure I'm not the first person to complain about this facility.

Maybe the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. all the tables were dirty. the drinking machines were empty. the drinking stations were very dirty. we had a random man asking us to eat. there were no cups or lids. when we got our salads, that was literally frozen. when I took them back, the people in the kitchen commented that there is not much for it. I have a refund from the manager who never apologized. Don't come here!

I arrived an hour before closing and was served to my meal. You said they couldn't give me a bowl for my soup, a plate for my sandwich, real cutlery, just plastic! And no sweet tea; until tomorrow! This is not what I wanted or expected for my din in experience. I'm not back!

I actually didn 't eat at this place because honestly I didn 't see anything on the menu that I liked. ????? But my date ate there very often, so we sat down to talk so that he could eat something real quick. I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and it was below average. I didn 't even finish it. And apparently my date wasn 't too pleased with his sweet tea that he had. I honestly thought it was a green tea with the way it looked. ? He even said it didn 't taste like a sweet tea. Smh. ? Anyways, the sandwich he ordered didn 't look all that appetizing but it was he that ate it, but barely. Well, as you can see, I 'm not a Panera Bread person but maybe you are! ? I can only speak on what I experienced, so I gave 4 ? 's because the location and the inside of the establishment was very clean. And that 's always a big deal to me. So, go see for yourself and enjoy!
