R Kitchen - Charleston

My mom and I started our trip in Charleston. We have dined our first night in R kitchen and it was nothing less amazing! While the waitress took orders for beer and wine, she immediately realized that I was under 21 and that my mother does not like to drink. She went to a nearby grocery store to get us some glittering water. This was a great note and shows how great the service is! The chefs were funny and very talky. We were treated to a delicious five course meal and the peach cake and bacon dessert was a good end of the meal! We will definitely come back!

By far my favorite dunning experience in Charleston. If you enjoy small important dinner parties that are centered around good friends, good food and good music, then this is a must try place to make reservations again...and again...and again...and again...and again...and again...and again...and again!

Great food, great chefs, big server had so much luck that we sat at the bar that prepared them and served the 5 courses we enjoyed, the interaction and the sniper between the staff was like the icing on a cake. Spreading the word from this amazing place, and we will be back!!

If you have a chance to go, make it happen. The food was amazing, the cook was knowledgeable and friendly, the meal was well planned, and the evening was the highlight of our trip. It wasn't just a meal, it was an experience. The taste combination was perfect. Go, you won't regret it!

OMG!! This place is incredible. It’s seriously one of those places you don’t want to tell other people about because it’s that f’in good! Amazing food, intimate atmosphere and kick ass chefs who come and sit at your table and tell you about the food they prepared. Also veggie friendly !!
