In the restaurant it got very loud the customers who were close, was just as loud as the music that played, we did not get our drink order until 20 minutes after sitting. we left the headaches to keep waiting.
I had reservation and had to wait 45 minutes to be sitting, which the host said well, if after this carry from the moment waiting that this couple goes in and host says, everyone will never follow me asking who next or something so that we followed her into the sitting area just to say we had to wait 15 minutes, she thought we were the couple and their 2 children who just arrived. they know that it is in order to rent someone for the job, but they must definitely do a better job for training people. good customer service seems to have been thrown out of the window or have never been taught at various places in these days
King Claw is a very nice dining experience. The food was great!
Dinner reservation at 8:30, I believer we walked out just before 11pm. It took about an hour just to get our drinks and then food followed about a 1/2 hour after that. Luckily we were catching up with another family so conversation made the wait tolerable. My problem was that our waitress kept saying there was no bar service and what was taking so long. However they didn’t seem short staffed as there was always 6 to 8 employees around the service station. My other problem was one of them was vaping. Is that a thing? Ok, the food was as expected, boils were great, fried meals good. Nothing stood out as exceptional. Our server was super sweet. Just watching all those employees standing around doing nothing, made it very difficult to except the wait.
