The Low Down - Charleston

The atmosphere was fantastic. I really enjoyed the setup with the fire pits, open-air bar, and outdoor seating. The children's menu is also a great feature. I think adding a "create your own pizza" option would be a wonderful addition to the menu. I would definitely make one with their meatballs!

Love IT!. This is a rare discovery on James Island. The location is great, family-friendly, outdoor seating and fantastic food. I was several times and tried another article on the menu each time. My favorites have been the tomato cakes, the nachos and the meatballs. There is a different flare to eat, just what JI needs and not just another bar with bar food. I am very pleased to take my family here and enjoy an evening with dinner and drinks or just stop for a quick bite for lunch.

Quaint bar and grill. Got wings with hot and 4sho hot which are hot but not to an extreme degree. Please remember I like spicy things. They make their own ranch dressing and it is awesome. So far I have to say the wings alone are worth coming for. Main dish burger with out bun, my choice cutting carbs kinda . All in all worth coming back to.

This place has the best specials! My family comes almost every Thursday for half priced burger night, one of the best burgers you can get here in Folly and who can beat half off! The salads are delicious here as well as the pizza, I’ve never had a meal here I didn’t enjoy!

Hopped in here after a day working in the sun. It's not fancy, so I felt appropriate walking in in my work clothes. There's a large outdoor patio area. The inside feels like you're practically outside because it's so open. Plenty of TV's outdoors too. Their pizza was packed with cheese and toppings. Also, if your meal comes with a side, order the pasta salad! It's delicious, you won't regret it.
