Wilcox Tavern - Charlestown

We had a great date night at Wilcox Tavern. The food was so good! Highly recommend the chicken skewers as an app. I also had the seafood bisque, also very good. We shared the fish and chips because the waitress said it would be a big portion and with our app and soup it would be plenty, it was. Also we had an amazing waitress. She talked with us but not too long and was attentive. We will definitely be going back.

We went there on Tuesday, and the food was over-the-top good. Chef Jerry does a great job. Amanda at the bar spoke to us as if we were regulars everyday. And, we are going there tonight for the prime rib. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service and amazing food! Sat at the bar for drinks and apps, creative cocktails, nice local beer selection, highly recommend getting the garlic bread... the Gorgonzola fondue is amazing. I wish I could have it on everything! Can't wait to return and try more off the menu. Congrats Mia! No doubt you will have much success with the wilcox tavern, as you have with prime time. Your love for your businesses show, everything is always amazing.

I was so happy to find out this place was open. The atmosphere was beautiful. Our waitress' name was Rachael. It was our first time there. She was an exceptional server. Very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. All of the food is made to order and tasted extremely fresh. This was obvious when our food arrived. The stuffed quohog was by far the best I have ever tasted. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and that was also amazingly flavorful. We eat out quite a bit. I am a fussy eater and I will be back often. The menu has good choices and they have nightly specials, this includes soup or salad and entree for $17.90. I believe that was the year it was built. That price is super deal for the amount and quality of the food you receive.The portions were good size. After the appetizer and meal, I did not have room for dessert. They did have nice choices. I do highly recommend to this place to anyone.

Best place in town....paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, beautiful pool...all included with your room. Very clean, excellent staff, breakfast served daily
