Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Charlotte

I am giving a low rating not for the restaurant itself, but for the human resources and communication within the establishment. I accidentally placed an order at this restaurant and used my discount deal. They assured me they would refund everything, but never did.

I told myself I wouldn't go back after almost a year, I've always loved Tropical smoothie, but unfortunately some places are a hit or miss, including this particular location has significantly improved from customer service and the way they make smoothies there. The consistency, texture and taste is on point. My favorite smoothie is the banana egg. I am looking forward to going back because they deserve a repeat customer. Stop it.

The one close to my business in Uptown or Downtown and there are some other locations very far away. This is a SURVIVOR. Thanks for keeping the legendary Mocha Madness alive. A smoothie of a kind, very unique. Not even Smoothie King can do it. Smoothie King tried on request and it tasted terrible. Only Tropical Smoothie Cafe has this.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and tried the Buffalo chicken wrap and blueberry bliss smoothie. The wrap was absolutely delicious and fresh, hitting the spot perfectly. The smoothie was refreshing and incredibly tasty. My only suggestion would be to offer wider straws for the smoothies. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was quick, friendly, and accommodating. Overall, I had a great five-star experience. Thank you!

I waited for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, but nobody ever said a word. They filled the sauce bins and cleaned out the blenders, but they never took my order.
