Dean's Italian Steakhouse - Charlotte

All staff checked in on us and not just our waitress. Food was timely and we were in and out in a little over an hour on a Friday night. We will definitely be back again.

We were “warmly” greeted upon entering. It made me feel welcomed like they were happy to see us. We were seated at a nice booth with a good view of the restaurant. Our waitress was very polite. The servers brought out our food and it was very warm. The plates were hot to the touch which was great! Both of our drinks and all of our food was delicious! Nice portions too! The manager came over to our table to let us know about the wagy meatballs that came as a feee Yelp special. We were treated very nicely. I’ll definitely return again!

The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was terrific, our server Chris S was awesome and could literally be a stand-up comedian.

Food and service was great. Everyone was so helpful and the food came out fast and hot.

Food was delicious, especially the wagu! The service was impeccable. The table is a little small and the dining area is a little loud because it’s connected to the bar area.
