Bad Daddy's Burger - Charlotte

Stopped to grab lunch between flights, seated immediately and took my order within minutes. More than 45 minutes later I received my dry hamburger (medium) and soggy fries. Asked the server to go ahead and bring the check because I was going to have to gulp and run to make my flight. Asked again when I was almost done. Ten minutes after I was done eating I flagged her down, gave her my credit card and said I need to pay now or I am going to miss my flight. No there was no tip. I hope the note on the receipt explains why. IT'S AN AIRPORT. PLANES DONT WAIT!!!

A burger is not hard to do...you take a party grill it and put it on a bun....but this place can't even get this right. The patty was pre-made and warmed on the grill, ever so slightly..the bun was stale and the bacon was cold and black. Mark it zero dude. McDonald's beats this place.

We always go to this restaurant when we go to the airport. The last time we went a couple months ago the food didn't seem up to par. We decided to give it a shot again last night and were extremely disappointed as the fries and tater tots were old, hard and cold. The burgers were extremely overcooked and the buns were literally just bread pulled out of a plastic bag with no grilling or warming ahead of time. Literally no taste and so dry. I could have made a much better burger at home as this was so disappointing my husband left most of his food on the table. We have always loved the quality and taste of Bad Daddy's food. I don't know if the ownership has changed hands or if the manager is doing a poor job. I can assure you we will not be back again. So disappointing.

The qr code didn't work correct, they didn't tell us, they closed kitchen, manager became belligerent

This place was very good! I was really surprised. Our food came out fast and the price for everything wasn't bad either. Also there very of the fried chicken sandwhich was better than any fast food period.
