Bojangles - Charlotte

I absolutely love this Bojangles! All the glory to God for the wonderful experiences I've had here.

For the past three years, my 93-year-old mom and I have been visiting this Bojangles a couple of times a week to enjoy their country ham biscuits. The staff is always accommodating and greets us with smiles. It's truly a pleasure to come to this location in Highland Creek.

As a busy REALTOR, I found myself passing through and decided to stop at this Bojangles, and I'm so glad I did. Even though the drive-thru line was six cars deep, it moved quickly! Before I knew it, I was placing my order and received everything just as I requested. The chicken sandwich was fantastic, and I believe this location has the best-seasoned fries. They were delicious!

I visited this morning and noticed a significant improvement in the service. The drive-thru line was long, but it moved quickly. The person at the window was friendly, and my order was correct. I had stopped coming to this restaurant due to poor service, but after having a good experience during my last three visits, I've decided to raise my rating from one star to five.

Visited this place. The General Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Chicken was slim and wet. The cashier has done a great job when we take back the slimy chicken and offer to replace it. GM decided to fall asleep and ask my mother to dig into the garbage for the chicken that was thrown out. He threatened to pour our hot fat when my fiancé asked him not to put my mother in the garbage. More about history. The police were called and District Manager. Wouldn't recommend this place unless it's gone.
