Chick-fil-a - Charlotte

My mother and I just got a meal in the shopping center. the cashier cut me off when I asked for sauce because he said it was the wrong time to ask. he was also mad at my mother when she paid in several single-dollar bills (she wants to get rid of all her) and he said, "just ask me the ten dollar bill." we are the customer we can pay, but we choose. he also made rude remarks that I could not fully hear. When he gave me my drink, he said that this is when they ask for sauce. is it important when? hands down rudest service I ever get at a Chick-fil-A. on the reception, the operator name “Jim Crain”. that sounds like a fake name, so I'm not sure if it was our cash name or not.

Bad customer service ever. not even I came here and heard “my pleasure”. everyone here has an evil attitude, especially the latina lady who works here. she always has an evil expression on her face and is just flat out of unpleasant. I work in the mall and I love Chick-fil-A, but I will no longer be able to spend my money at this place on my lunch breaks because the workers are pitiful.

I'm shocked that company didn't shut this place. not only the workers are rude, they are aggressive. the chik fil A standards are not exemplary. the big latina lady has always a look at her face as she is clogged, and is incredibly mean. they must be fired

Chick-fil-a I was too. the person who took my order was very rude. the people who pack my food have left the food from the bag. would definitely recommend saving their money in the south park mall, NC location.

I work part time at a luxury store at the mall. We treat our clients with top service and priority. Anyone who works at south park, or anyone visiting, please do not go here.I went there last night, which was Ssturday, to order drinks for some members on my team. They spit in our drinks. We ordered tea which was not made yet. They took it to the back to fill it.I got back and noticed there was spit in it. Never before have I felt so disgusted in my life. I am definitely calling the corporate line. So if you work at the mall, or are visiting, do not get drinks from there or eat there.The staff is also rude. Every person who works at the mall has had issues with this eatery. Go to Showmars or Panera. There are healthier options and the service is top knotch.
